We are very excited to invite you to register for our fourth Up the Creek, Tuckenhay Regatta, on Saturday, 21st June, 2025, at 14:00.

The Maltsters Arms have kindly agreed to host the event and provide food and drink for purchase, which is fantastic. There will be a DJ during the afternoon and into the evening. There won't be any additional parking available, so please park at home or a friend's locally and walk to the event.

Canoe Adventures will run the exciting races, including team and individual events, on paddle boards and canoes and provide the equipment. Fancy dress is very much encouraged. There will be prizes!

The final programme and schedule of events will be available within two weeks before the event, but here is a guide on timings for now:

14:00 event starts
14:10 briefing
14:30 first races
~17:30 final race
~18:00 prizes and music

  • You can enter individually (£7 per person) or as a team (£50 per team). Teams are to consist of six to eight people.
  • Paddleboard teams are a maximum of six people (this can be adults or children). Canoe teams are a maximum of eight people (this can be adults or children, six adults maximum).
  • You can bring bigger teams and swap people in and out of the racing. Not everyone has to do each race, so if people are worried about doing too many, they can do less. We ask that if there are more than eight in a team overall, these people pay an extra £6 for individual entry. You can either pre-pay for the individuals when you book your team, or this can be paid on the day to the organisers.

The deadline to register as an individual or team is 14th June 2025.

Please enter the lead contact person's details for your team below. If entering as an individual, please also fill in the form below. We will add you to another team and let you know the details as soon as they are confirmed.
